TRENDnetwarrantsitsproductsagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,undernormaluseandservice,
forthefollowinglengthsoftimefromthedateofpurchase.

AC/DCPowerAdapter,CoolingFan,andPower Supplycarry1yearwarranty.

Ifaproductdoesnotoperateaswarrantedduringtheapplicablewarrantyperiod,TRENDnetshallreservethe
right,atitsexpense,torepairorreplacethedefectiveproductorpartanddeliveranequivalentproductorpart
tothecustomer.Therepair/replacementunit’swarrantycontinuesfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.All
productsthatarereplacedbecomethepropertyofTRENDnet.Replacementproductsmaybenewor
reconditioned.TRENDnetdoesnotissuerefundsorcredit.Pleasecontactthepoint‐of‐purchasefortheirreturn
policies.

TRENDnetshallnotberesponsibleforanysoftware,firmware,information,ormemorydataofcustomer
containedin,storedon,orintegratedwithanyproductsreturnedtoTRENDnetpursuanttoanywarranty.

Therearenouserserviceablepartsinsidetheproduct.Donotremoveorattempttoservicetheproductby
anyunauthorizedservicecenter.Thiswarrantyisvoidedif(i)theproducthasbeenmodifiedorrepairedby
anyunauthorizedservicecenter,(ii)theproductwassubjecttoaccident,abuse,orimproperuse(iii)the
productwassubjecttoconditionsmoreseverethanthosespecifiedinthemanual.

Warrantyservicemaybeobtainedbycontactin gTRENDnetwithintheapplicablewarrantyperiodandproviding
acopyofthedatedproofofthepurchase.UponpropersubmissionofrequireddocumentationaReturn
MaterialAuthorization(RMA)numberwillbeissued.AnRMAnumberisrequiredinordertoinitiatewarranty
servicesupportforallTRENDnetproducts.ProductsthataresenttoTRENDnetforRMAservicemusthavethe
RMAnumbermarkedontheoutsideofreturnpackagesandsenttoTRENDnetprepaid,insuredandpackaged
appropriatelyforsafeshipment.CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSAandCanadaareresponsiblefor
returnshippingfees.CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSAareresponsibleforcustomcharges,including
butnotlimitedto,duty,tax,andotherfees.

