Here is a list of programming options available on your LC900 recumbent/upright bike 2 Window LCD. Programming and operation may differ depending on the type of console. For more information on programming and operation please visit www.truefitness.com.
Program Category:
workout. The workload intensities expand and contract depending on the level.
•Calorie Goal: This workout allows you to choose the number of calories you wish to burn
within a specified workout time. The bike will control WORKLOAD to attain this goal.
•Interval Workouts: A series of increasing and decreasing WORKLOAD changes over the course of a workout.
•Hill Workouts: A series of gradual increasing and decreasing WORKLOAD changes that simu late hills.
•Random: A random series of increasing and decreasing WORKLOAD changes thoughout a workout.
HRC (Heart Rate Control) Workouts: Heart Rate Control monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts speed and incline to keep it within a preselected range.

•Cruise Control: while in any workout, set your current heart rate as your target heart rate by pressing a single key.
