PROBLEM:

Incorrect (backward) installation of cooking platter causing door open and operational issues.

ACTION REQUIRED:

During a service call, start-up or scheduled maintenance to an oven:

1.Prepare oven top trim surface next to top left sticker “Exposure to Microwaves” by cleaning and removing grease residue using Oven Cleaner.

2.Once you have cleaned the surface, peel back of new sticker and place next to existing sticker with a minimum of ¼” clearance. See Figure 1 for overview and figure 2 for details.
