You are solely responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning the Product to the Company, and the Company will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs.

After you have received an RMA from the Company and you have returned the Product to the Company for warranty service, the Company will determine if the Product is defective and whether it meets the warranty requirements of this limited warranty. If the Product does not meet such requirements, then warranty service will not be provided and the Company will return such Product to you at your cost.
