COMMERCIAL FITNESS BIKE

To avoid possible damage to this Fitness Bike, please follow these assembly steps in the correct order. Before proceeding, find your new Fitness Bike’s serial number located on the front axle tube, and enter here:

Refer to this number when calling for service, and enter this serial number on your Warranty Card and in your own records. Be sure to read your Owner’s Guide before using your new Fitness Bike.

NOTE: It is recommended that you apply grease to the threads of each bolt and screw as you assemble your Fitness Bike to prevent loosening and noise. Also, during each assembly step, ensure that ALL bolts and screws are in place and partially threaded in before completely tightening any ONE bolt or screw.

• Remove the two socket head cap

bolts from the bracket for the seat rail

adjustment lever. Slide the seat rail

 

adjustment handle between the teeth

 

of the seat adjustment bracket.

Re-insert socket head cap bolts and

tighten with the 4mm L-shaped

 

wrench.

 

• Slide the seat frame on to the back

 

end of the seat rail.

 

• Slide the axle with the seat rail stop-

 

per through the hole in the back side

 

of the seat rail. Set the opposite side

 

seat rail stopper in place and attach

 

with a washer (M5x16) and bolt

 

(M4x10L). Tighten with the screwdriver.

 

• Slide the seat rail end cap into

 

place on the back side of the seat rail.

 

Fix in place with two bolts (M5x8L) at

 

the rear of the seat rail and two bolts

 

(M5x8L) to the side covers. Tighten

 

with the screwdriver.

Install the rear foot with the four lock washers (M8), two inside bolts (M8x65L), and two outside bolts (M8x20L). Tighten with the 5mm T-Shaped wrench.

BLUE BAG

Slide the console mast boot onto the console mast.

Unfold the wire harness, heart rate wires, coaxial cable, and TV power cable located in the console mast frame bracket. Attach the wire tie coming from the bottom of the console mast to the cables and wires. Pull the wire tie with cables and wires up through the top of the console mast while simultaneously sliding the mast into the frame bracket.

Secure the console mast to the frame bracket with six bolts (M8x15L). Tighten with the 5mm T-Shaped wrench. Insert a set screw (M10x12L) to the front edge of the mast and tighten until snug with the 5mm T-shaped wrench.

Slide the console mast boot down and snap it into place on the side cover.

BLACK BAG

• There will be a wire tie that is

connected to the front end of the seat

frame. Take this wire tie and wrap

around the end of the wire harness

coming from the seat rail.

Simultaneously slide the seat frame

forward and pull the wire tie with wire

harness up through the hole in the

middle of the seat frame. Insert a zip

tie through the hole in the frame and

loop it around the wire harness about

one inch from the end. Pull the zip tie

snug, but not over tight.

• Connect the wire harness from the

seat handlebar to the wire harness

coming from the seat frame. Slide the

connectors and excess wire into the

hole in the seat frame.

• Mount the seat handlebars to the

seat frame. Make sure to slide the top

flange of the seat handlebar plate

under the decorative boot of the seat

frame. Use four lock washers (M8)

and four socket head cap bolts

(M8x20L) to secure the handlebar to

the frame. Tighten with the 6mm

L-shaped wrench.

• Mount the seat bottom cushion to

the seat frame with four washers (M6)

PINK BAG

Mount the upper handlebars to the console mast using four bolts (M8x15L). Tighten with the 5mm T-Shaped wrench.

Tuck the coaxial and TV power cables into the console mast. NOTE: If you have purchased the TV bracket assembly, remove the screws from the TV bracket cover located at the front of the console mast and remove the cover. Feed the coaxial and TV power cables through the hole at the front of the console mast.

Remove the four mounting bolts from the back of the console. Connect the wire harnesses and heart rate wires that come from the console mast into the plugs located in the back of the console. Attach the console to the mast with the four bolts removed earlier.

and four bolts (M6x15L). Tighten with

the 4mm L-shaped wrench.

• Mount the seatback cushion to the

seat frame with four washers (M6)

and four bolts (M6x55L). Tighten with

the 4mm L-shaped wrench. Snap the

black plastic cover onto the back side

of the seatback cushion.

S T E P 6 YELLOW BAG

Attach the left and right pedals to the left and right crank arms. Tighten the pedals using the 15mm pedal wrench.

Secure the accessory tray to the seat handlebar with two bolts (M5x35L) and two lock washers (M5). Be careful when inserting the bolts to clear the wires inside the handlebar to prevent damage. Tighten with the screwdriver.
