ASSEMBLY

Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, some lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt or the shipping carton. This is normal and does not affect treadmill performance. If there is lubri- cant on top of the walking belt, simply wipe off the lubricant with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

1. Make sure that the power cord is unplugged.		1
Pull and hold the Latch Knob (12). With the help
of a second person, raise the Left and Right
Uprights (11, 14) to the vertical position.		12		14
Release the Latch Knob.

2. Firmly tighten the two Base Knobs (39) into the		2		14
Base (37) and the Uprights (11, 14).
Make sure that the Base Knobs (39) are fully		11		39
tightened each time you use the treadmill.
