To prevent personal injury or property damage, read and follow all instructions and warnings.

Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or a heated oven.

Do not leave unit unattended while plugged into electrical outlet.

The use of accessory attachments not recommended by West Bend® Housewares, LLC may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.

Do not operate if the appliance is not working properly or if it has been damaged in any manner. For service information see warranty page.

HEAT PRECAUTIONS

Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Use extreme caution when pouring as boiling water can cause scalding.

Do not move an appliance containing hot foods or hot liquids.

Do not use this appliance on the stovetop, under broiler, in the oven, in the refrigerator or freezer.

Do not refill the kettle while the appliance is plugged in. Unplug the machine and allow to cool before refilling with water.
