1 ⁄ cup | orange juice |
1 cup | skim milk |
1 cup | plain nonfat yogurt |

Pour liquid ingredients into the smoothie maker. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at PULSE setting for 30 seconds; then blend at ON setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the Stir Stick around

3 oz. | frozen lemonade concentrate (1/2 of a 6 oz. can) |
