If your dishwasher will not run, or stops during a cycle: l Is the door tightly closed end securely latched?

l Hcs the cycle been correctly set?

*Is the water turned on?

*Have you checked your home’s main fuses or circuit brec ker box?

If the

motor

has

stopped

beccuse

of

overload,

it

will

cutomaticclly

reset

itself

within

minutes.

the motor does not stcrt, call for service.

l Is the delay fecture on?

your

dishwasher

seems

to run

too

long:

l Are

you

using

the

POTS & PANS Cycle

or HI-TEMP Wash-

ing

If water remains in the dishwasher:

l Has the cycle completed?

l A small

Is the

in

Is the

dishwcsher

Is the

cycle

completed?

If

you

hear grinding,

grating,

crunching,

buzzing

sounds:

A herd

object

has

probcbly

entered

the

POWER

CLEAN Module. The sound should stop when the ob-

ject

is ground

up.

If the WATER HEATING Signal light flashes:

l Hove you run wcter ct the necrest sink before starting dishwcsher?

l Is wcter tempercture at lecst 140°F (6O’C)? Set wcter hecter thermostot to a higher setting.

If signal lights flash and the dishwasher stops or will not run:

l Hcs there been c power fcilure?

l Is the cycle pcuse fecture on? (See pcge 11.) If control pads don’t work:

l Is the lock-out feature on? (See page 12)

If the beep does not sound when pads are pressed: l Has the sound signcl been turned off? [See pcgel2.)
