Energy saving tips
. Check lid gaskets for tightness of seal. If freezer has a lock, keeping it locked can help insure door closure and good seal. Level cabinet properly to assure a good door seal.
l Keep lid openings to a minimum. Remove as many items at one time as possible. Keep foods organized to eliminate searching.
l Fill to capacity. However, do not add too much unfrozen food at one time. Follow
recommended loading procedures.
l Do not locate freezer next to or near a heat source, such as a range, water heater, furnace,
etc.
