Wesuggestyoufollow these steps:
1. Before calling for assistance...
Performance problems often result from little things you can find and fix without tools of any kind.
ff nothlng operates:
lIs the power supply cord plugged into a live circuit with the proper voftage? (See Installation Instructions.)
lHave you checked your home’s main fuses or circuit breaker box?
lHave you checked the electric company for a power failure?
If the mlcrowave oven will not run:
lIs the oven being used as a timer?
lIs the door firmly closed and latched? l Did you touch START?
l Did you follow the directions exactly?
If the microwave cooklng times seem too long:
lIs the electric supply to your home or wall outlets low or lower than normal? Your electric company can tell you if the line voftage is low. Your electrician or service technician can tell you if the outlet voltage is low.
lIs the Cook Power at the recommended setting?
lAre you allowing for more time when cooking more food at one time?
ffthe Display shows a time counting down but the oven Is not cooklng:
l Is the oven door closed completely?
l Have you set the controls as a minute timer?
lIs the oven in standing time between QUICK DEFROST and COOK 1? (See page 17.)
H you do not hear the programmlng tone:
lIs the command correct?
l Has the tone been cancelled? (See page 10.)
If the tan seems to be running slower than usual:
lHas the oven been stored in a cold area? The fan will run slower until the oven warms up to normal room temperature.
tf there has been a power InterruptIon, the Display will show 88:M. Reset the clock. (See PaQe 11.1
