Hamburger		7	1-6	Place	on microwave-safe						Stand,
			patties	roasting		rack. Cover			with		covered,
				plastic	wrap or wax				paper.		5 min.
			0.5-2 Ibs	Break	up and put in casse-						Stand,
				role. Cover with lid, wax							covered,
				paper,	or plastic			wrap.			5 min.
				Drain off grease or place in
				microwave-safe				colander
				over casserole				and	allow
				grease to drain off. Cover
				with wax paper or plastic
				wrap.

frozen,	thawed
Clams, fresh			‘X-1 lb

Arrange in ring around shallow glass dish. (Roll fillet with edges under- neath.) Cover with plastic wrap.

Place in plastic bag. Secure end. Slit bag with knife.
