ALWAYS USE THE SUPPLIED STEAMER when using this function.

qPRESS THE FITNESS BUTTON repeatedly to select food class. (See table)

wTURN THE ADJUST KNOB to set the weight of the food.

ePRESS THE START BUTTON.

PLACE the food on the steam grid.
