owner of the famous Spago restaurants and one of the most influential chef-restauranteurs in America, is credited with reviving California’s rich culinary heritage. His cooking innovations,

a result of blending fresh California ingredients with his classical French techniques, are enjoyed by world leaders, stars and fellow chefs alike. Care and Cleaning

Wash the processing bowl, food collector, and ejector disc in warm water using a mild detergent (or see dishwasher instructions below). Dry each part thoroughly before use.

Dishwasher Use

All plastic components deteriorate through the prolonged use of a dishwasher for cleaning. However all parts of your continuous flow attachment are tolerant to dishwasher use. If using the dishwasher, place parts only on the top rack.
