The 9000Pro features a sophisticated multi-processor effect system which can add extraordinary depth
and expression to your sound.
Applying the Voice Effects
Try out the Harmony/Echo effect.
This effect adds a variety of harmony notes to your playing in the right-hand section, as
well as adding tremolo or other effects.
1Turn Harmony/Echo on.
2Turn Auto Accompaniment on (page 20) and turn RIGHT 1
on.
3Play a chord with your left hand and play some notes in the
right-hand range of the keyboard.
The 9000Pro has various Harmony/Echo types.
The Harmony/Echo type may change according to the selected RIGHT 1 voice.

Voice Effect Comments
TOUCH This button turns the touch response of the keyboard on or off. When
OFF, the same volume is produced no matter how strongly or softly you
play the keyboard.
SUSTAIN When this Sustain feature is ON, all notes played on the keyboard other
than the Left part have a longer sustain.
DSP(4~7) This button turns independent effects on or off for the RIGHT 1 (DSP4),
RIGHT 2 (DSP5), RIGHT 3 (DSP6) and LEFT (DSP7) parts.
SLOW/FAST The [SLOW/FAST] button can be used to switch between variations of
the DSP effect. For example, this lets you change the rotating speed
(slow/fast) of the rotary speaker effect.
HARMONY/ECHO See below.
POLY/MONO This determines whether the Part’s Voice is played monophonically (only
one note at a time) or polyphonically (up to 126 notes at a time).
