Remote control

This section describes the remote control controls and their functions. Make sure that the AMP mode is selected before starting operation.

Outputs infrared control signals. Aim this window at the component you want to operate.

Used to set up manufacturer codes (see page 46).

3Input selector buttons

4 DSP program

wSelect DSP programs when the remote control is in AMP mode. Press one of these buttons repeatedly to select a

eDSP program within a program group.

	Selects the effect speaker channel to adjust.

y	Used to change and implement settings.

	Outputs a test tone for use when adjusting the speaker
	levels.

u8 TRANSMIT indicator

iFlashes while the remote control is sending signals.

o9 STANDBY

pSets this unit in standby mode.

0 SYSTEM POWER

Turns on the power of the unit.

q SLEEP

Sets the sleep timer.

w 6CH INPUT

Selects the audio source connected to the 6CH INPUT jacks.

e AMP

Switches the function of the same controls between AMP and the component selected using the input selector buttons.

r ★/★★

Sets the remote control to operate other components (not necessarily connected to this unit) without changing this unit’s input source.

t VOLUME +/–

Increases or decreases the volume level.
