3.Slowly tilt the engine down.

Procedure for tilting down
Power trim and tilt models / power tilt models
1.Push the power tilt / power trim and tilt switch “
” (up) until the outboard motor is supported by the tilt rod and the tilt sup- port lever / tilt support knob becomes free.
2.Release the tilt support lever or pull out the tilt support knob.

” (down) to lower the outboard motor to the desired position.
