COMPOSITION

Zanussi Professional have designed and produced a complete range of refrigerated tables, that combines the dual function of worktop and refrigerated table. This versatility allows notable savings in space whilst offering functional and modular solutions to kitchen requirements.

The main benefit of this innovative new range is total flexibility: you have the possibility to compose your table to your exact personal requirements. You can order each individual unit and combine them together: structure, top, door, drawer and refrigeration unit.

We offer a basic range of 38 models but the choice is infinite.

The range presented here consists of 3 models with a remote refrigeration unit with a temperature from -2° to +10°C. Models are available with 2 doors; 1 door and 2x½ drawers; and 4x½ drawers.

FUNCTIONAL AND CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless

steel with satin finish and polished interior

guaranteeing maximum reliability. 2"

height-adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel

feet (-15 to +80 mm). Completely removable

grid support structure in AISI 304 stainless

steel.

The worktop has a height of 50 mm and is

rooms. The remote refrigeration units are supplied with a control box that includes: a thermostatic valve, evaporator and a control panel. It is possible to have each refrigerated table connected to a specific remote refrigeration unit or to connect several appliances to a central refrigeration plant.

The refrigerated tables feature: reversible, self-closing doors; recessed ergonomical handles.

The drawers feature: fully removable, telescopic runners in AISI 304 stainless steel;

perforations for improved ventilation.

Doors and drawers are interchangeable on site.

All the models are supplied as standard with an ambient drawer, 100 mm in height, above the refrigeration unit.

CFC and HCFC free.

All models comply with the standards required by the main international approval bodies and are H marked.

High-density expanded polyurethane

foam, 60 mm in thickness, with

cyclopenthane injection, guarantees

exceptional, long-term insulation and notable

energy savings.

These appliances are suitable for use in

tropical climates (+43°C) ensuring high

performance even in extreme ambient

conditions.

The base, with water drain, is pressed and

features rounded internal corners to

guarantee perfect cleaning.

Completely automatic defrosting and

automatic evaporation of defrost water

obtained by hot gas.

These models are designed for use with

remote refrigeration units which means that

the removal of a source of heat from the

working environment solves problems of high

temperatures or inadequately ventilated
