Problems With the Printer
Enabling Options
If your options are not working, do the following to enable the options:
PostScript Driver
1. To start, do the following:
•Windows 2000-XP: Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes.
•Windows Vista: Click Start > Printers.
2.Click the Device Settings tab.
3.Under Installable Options, select Available for the option that you want to enable.
4.Click the OK button.
PCL Driver
1. To start, do the following:
•Windows 2000-XP: Click Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes.
•Windows Vista: Click Start > Printers.
2.Click the Options tab.
3.Click the option you want to enable to highlight it.
4.In the Settings for field, select Available.
5.Click the OK button.
