1.Repeatedly (if necessary) press MODE to select the setting (IN MAX,
IN MIN, OUT MAX, or OUT MIN) you want to change.
The thermometer announces the selected setting and the tempera- ture, then beeps once.
2.Repeatedly press or hold down UP or DOWN to select the desired tempera- ture setting.
