2.Shorten the driveline PTO shaft as follows:

a.Make sure the tractor PTO shaft and the mower PTO shaft are level with each other.

b.Separate the two driveline shaft halves and connect one half to the tractor PTO shaft and the other half to the mower gearbox shaft.

c.Hold driveline shaft halves side by side to determine if they are too long. The shieldsoneachhalfshouldendapproximately3”fromtheuniversaljointshield. Measure3”backfromtheuniversaljointshield(dimensionXonDiagram2)and mark that location on the inner and outer shields.

SDR 90, SDR65 specifications

Progressive Turf Equipment has made significant strides in the forefront of turf maintenance technology with their innovative SDR65 and SDR90 models. These devices are designed to elevate the efficiency of sports field and turf maintenance, catering to a variety of applications with their advanced features and exceptional build quality.

The SDR65 and SDR90 models are equipped with robust engines that provide optimal power for a range of turf management tasks. Both machines offer high torque output, which ensures that even the toughest mowing conditions can be handled with ease. This is particularly beneficial for maintaining well-manicured sports fields, golf courses, and recreational areas where performance and precision are key.

One of the standout features of these models is the advanced cutting system. The SDR series utilizes a high-frequency cutting action, which allows for cleaner and more efficient cuts. This results in healthier grass, promoting thicker, greener turf. The adjustable cutting heights allow operators to customize their mowing experience according to specific turf needs, enabling versatility for different grass types and conditions.

Furthermore, the SDR65 and SDR90 are designed with user comfort in mind. The ergonomic seating, intuitive controls, and well-placed operator stations reduce fatigue during prolonged use, allowing for longer working hours without compromising efficiency or comfort. The visibility from the operator’s seat is also enhanced, giving a clear view of the mowing path and surrounding areas, promoting safety and precision while operating the machine.

Technology integration in these models is another key feature. Equipped with advanced control systems, the SDR series allows for real-time monitoring of performance metrics such as fuel consumption and engine load. This not only aids in optimizing operation but also provides valuable data for maintenance scheduling, ensuring the longevity of the equipment.

Additionally, both models feature durable construction using high-quality materials designed to withstand harsh working environments. Their compact size allows for maneuverability in tight spaces, making them ideal for various turf conditions, whether it’s on a sprawling field or in confined urban parks.

In conclusion, the Progressive Turf Equipment SDR65 and SDR90 combine power, efficiency, and comfort in an advanced turf maintenance solution. With their innovative features and user-friendly design, they stand out as reliable choices for professionals seeking to enhance the quality of their turf management operations.
