I can't add an email address
Check that you have entered the correct account information for your email address.
If you are trying to add an enterprise email address, contact your administrator. You might need to manually add the email address.

I can't see items in a folder By default, only Inbox, Sent Items and Outbox folders are synched. To view messages in your other folders, you might need to refresh the folder.
