Operation of this wireless communication device is subject to the following two conditions:

This device may not cause harmful interference.

This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

WARNING: Do not attempt to service the wireless communication device built into the Tablet PC yourself. Such action may void the warranty on the Tablet PC. Contact your Motion Reseller or Motion Computing for information about servicing your wireless communication device.

FCC CAUTION: This device was tested for SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) in a body-worn and portable configuration.

The device was found to comply with the FCC requirements for RF exposure when used in the docking station, held in the hand, or placed on the lap.

Table on page 7 lists the maximum measured SAR levels for Motion Tablet PCs.

Note: The Radio Frequency (RF) emitter installed in your Tablet PC must not be located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. The 802.11 (WLAN) and 3G mobile broadband (WWAN) transmitters cannot function nor transmit at the same time. Before selecting the radio (WLAN or WWAN) to be used, the user must disable the radio that will not be used. In addition, the 3G mobile broadband (WWAN) Connection Manager will alert the operator to disable WLAN functionality before allowing connection to the 3G network.

Important: Use Motion Dashboard to disable internal Tablet PC wireless operations. (Start > All Programs > Motion Computing > Motion Dashboard) Tap Wireless, then disable any wireless adapters such as Wi-Fi (802.11), Bluetooth, and mobile broadband (WWAN).
