Troubleshooting
If you encounter a problem with your modem or battery charger, review the following list of frequently asked questions.
I’m getting no response from the modem.
Make sure that the iPAQ is fully inserted into the modem, the ModemInfo application has power setting is on and the modem is fully charged. The
Select the Modem Info application from your iPAQ’s main screen to display the Modem Info screen. Check the battery indicator is showing adequate battery charge status.
