System Recovery

„When to Use System Recovery

You need to run system recovery:

„In the event of a system or hardware failure.

„You need to restore the system back to its default settings.

„You forgot the system password.

System recovery will format the hard disk and restore the system to its default settings. However all files and other data on drive C: will be deleted.

„Running Recovery Manager

To run system recovery, follow the steps below:

1.Turn on the PC Mini. The system boots up and the ViewSonic® logo appears.

2.Recovery source

2.1 Recovery from DVD

Press F9 to select boot device and select the optical drive with the recovery DVD and press enter

Press any key to start booting from DVD
