Troubleshooting

If...

Try the following

 

 

Printer is

IMPORTANT: Use only Kodak color cartridge & paper kits (with

Disconnect the power from the printer dock for 10 seconds, then

Carefully remove the paper if it does not automatically eject.

IMPORTANT: Always check the paper slot on the back of the

printer dock for jammed paper:

3Remove the paper supply from the tray. Carefully "fan" the paper to keep the sheets from sticking together.

4Reload the tray. Do not load more than 30 sheets of paper (see upper limit line, , inside tray).

5Re-install the tray, then press to resume printing.

If the Color-cartridge light glows red, check the color cartridge.

IMPORTANT: The cartridge may lock in place if there is a paper error. Do not attempt to remove the cartridge without first clearing the paper error. Make sure the Paper light is off before attempting to remove the cartridge (see Paper light (page 49).

Remove the cartridge and any slack from the ribbon, then re-install the cartridge (page 4). Press to resume printing.
