4040 Finisher

Operator Error Message Table

If you have a paper jam, be sure to clear all paper from the finisher, paper deck, and printer. If you are unable to clear an operator error code for a paper jam; note the location of the paper jam and check the paper sensor for that station. See “Switches” on page 4-4or “Sensors” on page 4-5 . If the sensors are working properly, see the “Service Checks” on page 2-10for other mechanical failures. If no paper is present you must open a finisher cover to clear the error code.
