PRIMERA SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE INTEGRITY AND/OR LONGEVITY OF ANY TEXT, PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES, DIGITIZED IMAGES, GRAPHICS, BAR CODES, OR COMBINATION THEREOF THAT ARE PRODUCED, GENERATED, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFERRED TO DISCS BY THE USE OF PRIMERA’S HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE NOR IS PRIMERA LIABLE FOR THE INTEGRITY, VIABILITY, OR LONGEVITY OF THE DATA ENCODED ON THE DISC. This Limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, and the venue for the resolution of any and all disputes shall be the county of PRIMERA’s principal place of business. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be submitted to U.S. Arbitration and Mediation of Minnesota for mediation. U.S. Arbitration and Mediation of Minnesota’s rules and procedures governing mediation shall apply.
