Options Panel

The OPTIONS panel offers several features that enable you to navigate your way through WebTV and to perform other functions easily and efficiently.

Using the OPTIONS panel

Press the OPTIONS button on the remote control. The OPTIONS panel slides onto the bottom of your screen.

Highlight an option and press the GO button.

Each option brings up a different panel. The following sections describe the various options, and how to use each option’s features.

The WebTV option returns you to the WebTV Home Page.

The FIND option helps you find a specific word or phrase on the current page; it also lets you scroll to the top or bottom of a page.

To find a specific word or phrase on a page, type a word or phrase in the text box on the FIND panel.

Highlight FIND and press the GO button. WebTV highlights the requested text on the page.

The INFO option displays the title and address of the page currently on the screen, as well as the most recent time the page was updated.
