sockets on the processor and memory expansion tray (standard on most models).

battery-backed cache is 512 MB or 1 GB flash-backed cache). There is an optional upgrade to

 

RAID 6 and 60 for a 512 MB or 1 GB cache.

There is one bay for an optional Multiburner drive.
