Cannot listen to the selected station.

eEnsure you have pressed the ENTER button when you want to listen to your selection. The station you are currently listening to will be displayed on the first line of the display, as you scroll through the station order list the second line will show other station options. Press the ENTER button to activate your selection.

A burbling sound is heard on some stations.

eDAB like other digital media is good at producing quality audio from a low level signal. However, if this signal level is too low, a ‘burbling’ sound can sometimes be heard. To reduce this, try repositioning your antenna to gain maximum signal strength.

If normal operation cannot be established, initialize the unit.
