LED stands for Light-Emitting-Diode. The TEW-310APB has three LEDs:

Power - Solid red light indicates receiving power

TX/RX (Wireless Network) - Solid green light indicates wireless connection enabled, blinking green indicates wireless network activity

Link (Ethernet Port) - Solid green light indicates good Ethernet connection on the RJ-45 port, blinking green indicates Ethernet port activity
