Possible causes are as follows.

•Loose contact of the signal electrodes of the print cartridge. Reinsert the print cartridge in place.

•Print cartridge is not installed correctly.

Reinsert the Print cartridge in place.

Turn of the power,and then turn on again.

•The print cartridge is does not work. Please change the print cartridge.
