a.Click Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Themes -> Display.

b.On the Settings tab, under Screen resolution, drag the slider to the desired resolution, and then click Apply.

c.When prompted to apply the settings, click OK.

d.You will be prompted to click Yes to change the settings. Click Yes and the resolution will be changed.

6.To make data migration easier in the future you should save all your documents into a single folder or path. A good place to store your documents is in the My Documents folder, (you can create subfolders within this directory). The next time you perform data migration you will know where all your data files are located.
