ATTO Technology, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages irrespective of whether ATTO Technology, Inc. has advance notice of the possibility of such damages.
No ATTO Technology, Inc. dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
