STEP B

Install the TUBE and the U-PLATE with 2 sets of BOLTS & NUTS (TUBE BOLT).

Install the PIPE and the TUBE with 2 sets of BOLTS & NUTS (L-ADJUST BOLT).

Install the base-assembly.

STEP D1 Combine the SQUARE TUBE and the	STEP D2 Install the ADJUSTMENT ASSEMBLY to the
PIPE with 2 BOLTS.	SQUARE TUBE with one BOLT and 2 M3 SCREWS.
