User Controls

Using the Remote Control

Power

Refer12. to the “Power On/Off the Projector” section on pages 11,

Laser Button (for XD1270/XD1280 series only)

Aim the remote at the viewing screen, press and hold this but- ton to activate the laser pointer.

Resync

Automatically synchronizes the projector to the input source.

Source

Press “Source” to choose RGB, Component-p, Component-i, S-Video, Composite Video, DVI-D (Optional) and HDTV sources.

Freeze

Press “Freeze” to pause the screen image.

Hide

Momentarily turns off the video. Press “Hide” to hide image, press again to restore display of the image.

Aspect Ratio

Use this function to choose your desired aspect ratio. (Auto/4:3/16:9)

Mute

Use this key to close the volume.

Four Directional Select Keys

Use to select items or make adjustments to your selection for the OSD menu operation.

Keystone

Adjusts image distortion caused by tilting the projector (±16 degrees).

Menu

Press Menu” to launch the on screen display menu. To exit OSD, press “Menu” again.

Zoom

Digital Zoom in/out.

Back

Back to the previous step for the OSD menu operation.
