Timer

Auto Off Time: automatically turns the projector off after no signals are detected for a preset number of minutes. If an active signal is received before the projector powers down, the image will be displayed.

High Altitude Setting

High Altitude: We recommend you turn on the High Altitude Mode when your envi- ronment is between 5000' (1500m) and 10,000' (3000m) above sea level.

Network

Wireless LAN

SSID: Display the projector’s SSID information.

IP Address: a read-only display of IP Address.

Subnet Mask: a read-only display of Subnet Mask.

Restart Network...: Restart network settings.

Status/Service:

Source Info: a read-only display of current source settings.

Projector Info: a read-only display of current projector settings and lamp hours.

Reset Lamp Hours...: resets the lamp hours used counter in the Projector Info menu to zero. Do this only after changing the lamp.

Factory Reset...: restores all settings to their factory default settings..

Service Code...: only used by authorized service personnel.

Controlling the projector through a WLAN environment

You can manage the projector from a computer using a web browser when the computer and the projector are properly connected to the same local area network.

To connect to the projector wirelessly, you need to plug an optional InFocus wireless dongle (p/n SP-WIFIUSB-2) to the USB Type A connector on the projector.

How to setup AP mode:

1Select Type-A from source list.

2Go to Settings > WiFi, select AP Mode and set it to ON. See page 42. AP mode is set to ON by default.

3Select WLAN from source list. AP Info page displays.

1Select Type-A from source list.

2Go to Settings > WiFi, select Client Mode and set it to ON. See page 42.
