Optional Tuner Boards

The following optional tuner boards are available for the T-4555P.

Board slot

Product number: C-AMFM

AM/FM tuner

Product number: C-HDXM

HD Radio capable AM/FM tuner, and XM Satellite Radio tuner

Caution:

Before installing or removing a board, be sure to turn off the T-4555P and unplug the power cord from the wall out- let. Failure to do so could seriously damage your equipment.

AM Frequency Step Setup

In most cases, you do not need to perform the following procedure. However, if the purchased board is the worldwide model and you plan to use it in North Amer- ica, you must change the AM Frequency setting to

10 kHz after installing the board.

Remote controller

Use the Up and Down Arrow []/[ ] buttons to select “AM Freq.”

With some tuner boards, there will only be one option available and you won’t need to use the Up and Down Arrow []/[ ] buttons.

Press the [SETUP] button.

] buttons to select “Hard-

 

ware Setup,” and then press

 

[ENTER].

 

With some tuner boards, there will

 

only be one option available and you

Use the Left and Right Arrow

[ ]/[ ] buttons to select:

 

9 kHz: Select if 9 kHz steps are used

 

in your area.

 

10 kHz: Select if 10 kHz steps are

 

used in your area.
