Selecting the Listening Modes

For a description of each listening mode, see “About the Listening Modes” on page 33.

•The Dolby Digital and DTS listening modes can only be selected if your Blu-ray/DVD player/recorder is connected to the HTX-22HDX with a digital audio connection (coaxial, optical, or HDMI).

•The listening modes that you can select depends on the format of the input signal. To check the format, see “Displaying Source Information” on page 30.

To select the listening modes, repeatedly press the [LISTENING MODE] buttons on the HTX-22HDX or remote controller.

The name of the selected listening mode is shown on the display.
