Adjusting the Position of the AM Indoor Antenna

The AM loop antenna is for indoor use only. Position it to obtain the best radio reception. Put it as far away as possible from the TX-8011, your TV, speaker cables, and power cords.

If the reception is not very good with the supplied AM loop antenna alone, use an outdoor AM antenna as well.

Note:

Connect both wires of the AM loop antenna to the AM push terminals, as shown. (The antenna’s wires are not polarity sensitive, so they can be connected either way around).
