Troubleshooting

Your Liveradio does not start up

-Check that the batteries are correctly inserted

-Check that the Liveradio is connected to the power source

-Replace the batteries with new batteries

The function keys don’t work

-Check that the batteries are correctly inserted

-Check that the Liveradio is connected to power source

-Replace the batteries with new batteries

Impossible to find or connect to the network

-Check that the Livebox or other wireless router is powered up

-Check that the Liveradio is connected to the power source

-Check that you have entered the WEP/WPA key correctly

Impossible to start playing an internet radio station

- Try again later. The station may be temporarily unavailable

No sound comes from the loudspeakers

- Check that the Liveradio volume is not set to mute

Saturation

-Saturation or bad sound quality may come from the internet servers used especially by commercial FM radios
