Important information

When contacting technical support, you will probably be asked for your Liveradio software version and unique identification information. These are shown in the Serial number submenu of the Set-up menu:

In the example above, Liveradio v2.3(1)-sc is the software version. 00:02:72:56:24:83 is the Liveradio identification number (also named MAC Address).

1Lines are open 8 am–11 pm seven days a week. Calls are charged at 5p per minute from a BT landline and may be monitored.
