If Management is Not Available

When you first install the 24-Port Module in an unmanaged concentrator, configure the 24-Port Module using the DIP switches as described in the section Setting the DIP Switches. For additional information on all network management features, refer to:

Note: The 24-Port Module, Model Number 5124M-TP, is a 2-slot module that has a double-wide faceplate but only one circuit board. The slot number of the circuit board determines the slot number of an installed 5124M-TP module.
