PRINTER TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOM		ACTION
Printed image is	∙	Print head heat setting is too high. Reduce heat
full, but grayish or		setting. The heat setting is accessible in the
“translucent”.		Setup menu. Press the SETUP key, scroll down
		to heat and Press ENTER. Adjust the heat setting
		with the up or down arrows.

Voids in printed	∙ Print head elements or “dots” are dirty or
image: areas where		obstructed. Clean print head with soft-stemmed
there is no print.		swab and isopropyl alcohol.
LABELS
Labels not	∙	Make sure that labels are feeding properly.
registering	∙	Printer not reset for new label format. Turn printer
		OFF, then ON again. Printer will re-calibrate for
		new label.
