PANTHERLINK

Installing PANTHERLINK™

Use the PANTHERLINK™ CD to install PANTHERLINK™ software onto a personal computer. The PANTHERLINK™ CD is available with the purchase of LS8-KIT or LS8-PCKIT.

Insert the CD into a personal computer. The installation program will begin automatically. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard in order to complete the installation process.

Using PANTHERLINK™

To use PANTHERLINK™ software with the PANTHER ™ LS8 printer:

1.Connect the USB cable (included with LS8-KIT and LS8-PCKIT) to a personal computer.

2.Connect the USB cable to the PANTHER™ LS8 at the USB port.

3.Turn ON the PANTHER™ LS8.

4.Press the key to access the setup menu.

5.Use the up or down directional arrow keys to highlight PanTherLink.

6.Press the key. The LS8 is now ready to communicate to a personal computer.

7.Open PANTHERLINK™ software on a personal computer.

8.Use PANTHERLINK™ to transfer label files between the PANTHER™ LS8 and a computer.
