Universal Power Supply Module
The MPC-PSF12/16is Pico Macom’s heavy-duty, fan-cooled power supply designed to power either the MPC12 or MPC16 mini-headend systems. The integrated power supply (4-module wide) is a 70-Watt capacity module specifically designed for mini- modulator applications requiring a highly reliable DC input supply. Sophisticated pack- aging and filtering techniques are used to ensure compliance with UL/CSA specification thus minimizing the need for overall system filtering. The MPC-PSF12/16power supply employs high efficiency current load technology a nd a whisper quiet cooling fan to reduce heat transfer within the chassis providing cooler overall operation and ensuring improved long tern reliability.
