Side-Panel RJ-45 Ports

The side-panel ports are dual-speed RJ-45 ports that support auto-configuration for MDI or MDI-X cable connection. PCs , switches or hubs can be connected to these ports with straight-through cable. Each port supports auto-negotiation, so the optimum communication mode (half or full duplex) and data rate (10 Mbps or 100 Mbps) are selected automatically.

Rear and Bottom Panel Tracks

The tracks on the rear and bottom panels are designed to slide into the switch stand for a variety of installation options. The rear-panel track is used for wall-mounting or to lay the switch on a flat surface. The bottom-panel track is used to stand the switch upright.
