USING THE EZ CONNECT WIRELESS USB UTILITY IN WINDOWS 98, ME,

AND 2000

To use the WEP function, complete the following steps:

1.Select “128-bit” or “64-bit” in the “Encryption” field.

2.Check “Create with Passphrase,” type a string in the Passphrase field, and click Generate.

3.Select the key, and click Apply.

Note: A Passphrase string can consist of up to 32 alphanumeric characters.

Or

1.Check “Manual Entry” and enter hexadecimal numbers into one of the key fields. Each bit key must be in hexadecimal numerals (0~9, A~F, e.g., D7 0A 9C 7F E5).

2.Click Apply.
