Using a telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD), you can send questions or comments 24 hours daily and exchange mes- sages with a technical support specialist between 8:00 A.M. to 12:15 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. (central time) Monday through Friday.
